I can’t recommend Joel and his team enough! My wife and I had Ninaber Construction build us our dream home this summer and we love every part of it! Joel took our many Pinterest boards and ran with our vision. He was patient through our endless questions and always took the time to explain anything and everything that we were wondering.

When we tell people that we just built a home, their first questions are always “how far over budget did your contractor go” and “how many months delayed were you”. Even with the constantly changing material prices, Joel stuck to the price that we signed on, months before the build started; and was dead on the initial timeline for our build! You will not regret having Joel and his team build your home!

My partner and I hired Joel and his crew for a complete & extensive exterior renovation on our 50 year old home. During a construction boom we were very cautious of who we hired and were initially uneasy about the process of such a big project, but Ninaber treated us fairly and respectfully through the entire process. The company was fair, honest, and the final quote came in just where we expected. We really appreciated the professionalism and work ethic of all the guys, and would certainly recommend them to others! Thanks Ninaber!

Ninaber Construction transformed our home. We love the detail and unique features that the team applied to our home. We are so grateful that we have been connected to them. We have the most beautiful home to create memories for a lifetime. Thank you so much Ninaber Construction.

They handled every aspect of our new addition and saw it through to completion in a timely manner. Joel was great at communicating throughout the entire project, and he worked hard to ensure that we were happy every step of the way. Whenever we ran into a problem with our build, we knew we could rely on Joel and his team to take care of it.

Joel and the crew of Ninaber Construction have been respectful and conscientious throughout my planning phase and build. I’ve kept current of progress throughout the build. I appreciated his honesty and guidance and I would highly recommend Ninaber Construction.

From the initial discussion on our plan to build our dream cottage, we were confident that Joel and his team were the best professionals we could trust to complete our project.

We cannot say enough about our experience building a home with Ninaber Construction. We were first-time home builders creating our dream home during the height of Covid-19 in April 2020 and braced ourselves for what we expected to be a lengthy and stressful process. Joel used his expertise to seamlessly guide the process so that it was anything but.
